Position -Sales Manager - Motor Insurance

Location -Pune

Experience Required

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Motor Insurance
- Experience in policy issuance, quote generation, and sales coordination preferred

Educational Qualification -Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and share motor insurance quotes with partners/customers.
- Follow up with customers, partners, and internal teams for policy conversion.
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and partner teams for policy issuance.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of motor insurance policies.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, business trackers, and sales data.
- Monitor policy issuance status and resolve pending cases.
- Support business growth by improving conversion and policy issuance efficiency.
- Handle partner queries and provide operational support.
- Maintain records of issued policies and business performance reports.





Required Skills

- Sound knowledge of Motor Insurance products and processes
- Experience in Policy Issuance and Quote Management
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and Excel
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment

Preferred Knowledge

- Experience in handling motor insurance for OEM, Dealers, NBFC, or Insurance Broking channels.
- Knowledge of insurance portals and policy management systems.

CTC Range

- 3.0 LPA to 3.5 LPA
- Compensation will be based on candidate experience and skill set.
