Role & responsibilities To ensure every confirmed customer order moves accurately and promptly from order receipt processing procurement/stock coordination documentation dispatch outstanding/payment follow-up closure, while keeping the customer and concerned departments properly updated.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good written and verbal English communication, especially for international customer communication.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, filters and data maintenance.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling product names, strengths, quantities, rates and customer orders.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with CRM, Purchase, Accounts, Store, QC, Packing and Dispatch teams.
