We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lightroom Photo Editor to join our photo editing team. The candidate will be responsible for editing and enhancing wedding photographs while maintaining a consistent, natural, and professional look across complete wedding sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit wedding and event photographs using Adobe Lightroom.
- Perform color correction, exposure adjustment, white balance, contrast, highlights, and shadows adjustments.
- Maintain consistent colors and tones across large batches of photographs.
- Apply and fine-tune presets according to the required editing style.
- Perform basic skin tone and portrait corrections.
- Crop, straighten, and improve overall image composition where required.
- Identify and correct common issues such as exposure, color imbalance, and unwanted distractions.
- Organize and manage large volumes of photographs efficiently.
- Follow client-specific editing styles and instructions.
- Complete assigned projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Review edited photographs and make corrections based on feedback.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Lightroom Classic.
- Good understanding of color correction and photo enhancement.
- Strong eye for colors, skin tones, exposure, and consistency.
- Understanding of wedding photography styles and aesthetics.
- Ability to work efficiently on high-volume photo editing projects.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain editing standards.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is an added advantage.
- 13 years of experience in Lightroom photo editing is preferred.
- Experience in wedding photography editing will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and good Lightroom skills may also be considered.
