Roles & Responsibilities

- Follow up on unpaid and underpaid medical claims with insurance companies.
- Review claim status through calls and payer web portals.
- Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, and pending claims.
- Submit appeals and reconsideration requests with supporting documentation.
- Resubmit corrected claims to insurance carriers.
- Work accounts based on aging reports and prioritize high-value claims.
- Verify advantages, eligibility, and coverage details when required.
- Interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice).
- Document all actions, conversations, and claim updates accurately in the system.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Coordinate with billing, coding, and payment posting teams to resolve claim issues.

Skills Required Min 1 year experience in Denials Management as AR Caller

Qualification :Any graduate

Salary as per norms .
