Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, and machine maintenance on various equipment such as injection molding machines, industrial ovens, paint shop machinery, and utilities.

- Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal plant performance.

- Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 year to 7+ years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry or relavent.

- ITI, Diploma or B.E.,/ B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.

- Solid understanding of Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, mechanical engineering , including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.

- Proficiency in computer applications for data analysis and reporting purposes.
