TCS is hiring for Marketing roles - Asset Adaptation Analyst and Content Production Analyst

Roles- Analyst, SME, Team Lead & Delivery Manager.

Experience - 3 to 15 years

Qualification- Qualification - Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Shift- Rotational 24/7 (Including night shift)

Marketing - Asset Adaptation Analyst

- Execute asset adaptation in accordance with brand guidelines
- Perform Resizing, and versioning of approved master assets for all required channels, formats, and market variants
- Maintain quality control throughout the adaptation workflow
- Check file specs, color profiles, copy accuracy, and legal/compliance requirements before final delivery
- Manage adaptation request intake, prioritization, and status tracking through workflow tool
- Regular Reporting of capacity and delivery status on the agreed cadence
- Stakeholder Communication, Case Management & Process Documentation
- Desired technology skills: Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA,



Digital Asset Management & Content Management Platforms

Marketing - Content Production Analyst

- Produce marketing content and creative assets (copy, design, photography, video, digital)
- Produce Content & Assets in accordance with approved campaign briefs, brand standards, and production specifications
- Manage end-to-end Content production workflows
- Manage intake of briefs, coordination with internal and external production resources, track milestones, and deliver assets on schedule
- Conduct internal creative review and quality assurance before submission for approval
- Manage post-production and archiving of approved assets: file naming, version control, and delivery to the designated DAM or distribution platform
- Desired technology skills: Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA, Digital Asset Management & Content Management Platforms
