- Handling revenue records of both agricultural and converted land
- Drafting sale deeds, GPA, SPA, sale agreements, partition deeds, release deeds, MOUs
- Checking the flow of title and verifying property documents
- Solid knowledge of Land Reform Act, Land Revenue Act, and SC/ST Act
- Conducting legal analysis and researching legal issues
- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents
- Providing sound legal advice on various matters
- Monitoring the implementation of legal clauses in contracts
- Coordinating dispute resolution and settlement formalities
- Fluent in Kannada both written and verbal communication
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in real estate/property law preferred
- Solid understanding of Karnataka land-related legal frameworks
- Excellent drafting and legal documentation skills
