Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day field operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor field activities and manpower planning.
- Oversee fleet management
- Coordinate effectively with Government stakeholders, departments, and other project-related authorities.
- Maintain regular communication with field teams and management
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to supervise and manage field operations effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting/documentation.

Key Requirement

- Candidate must be willing to travel/relocate anywhere in Gujarat
