Job Profile:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential, commercial, and structural steel building projects. Responsible for planning, client coordination,



subcontractor management, quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery.

Qualification: B. E / B. Tech / Diploma (Civil)

Experience: 5 - 15 Years

Job Profile:

Execute and supervise structural, finishing, rebar and formwork works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Ensure quality, productivity, material control, and coordination with site teams and subcontractors.

Managers / Engineers (Planning & QS / Commercial)

Qualification: B. E / B. Tech / Diploma (Civil)

Experience: 5 - 15 Years

Job Profile:

Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, cost control, billing, quantity take-offs, and contract management. Coordinate with execution teams to ensure timely reporting and achievement of project milestones.

Qualification: B. E / B. Tech / Diploma (Civil)

Experience: 5 - 15 Years

Job Profile: Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control systems for civil construction activities. Conduct inspections, maintain QA/QC documentation, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Job Profile: Responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and monitoring of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and HVAC works at the project site.



The role ensures that MEP activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and construction schedules.

Sr. Engineers/Engineers- MEP (QA/QC, Billing)

Qualification: B. E / B. Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience: 5 - 15 Years

Job Profile: Responsible for MEP quality inspections, documentation, material approvals, testing records, and client submissions. Prepare MEP RA bills, subcontractor billing, quantity reconciliation, and project cost tracking.

Foreman / Supervisors - (Structure, Finishes, Rebar, Formwork)

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil

Experience: 5 – 20 Years

Job Profile: Supervise daily site activities, workforce deployment, and execution of civil works as per drawings and project requirements. Ensure productivity, workmanship quality, safety compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Foreman / Supervisor – MEP Services (Mechanical/ Electrical /Plumbing)

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Trade

Experience : 5 – 20 Years

Job Profile : Responsible for supervising HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works, managing workforce and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

1. Candidates should have worked with reputed construction contracting companies and experienced in construction of commercial & high-rise residential building projects.
