Experience: 1 - 3 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply!).
Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma or Any Graduate (Degree holders welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi.
- Explain products/services and their benefits clearly.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Update call records, lead status, and customer details in Tally software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (mandatory).
- Fluent in Tamil + Manageable/Good English.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfort with basic computer usage and phone calling systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
