Role & responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, testing, and implementing engineering projects.
- Learn company processes, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
- Perform technical analysis, calculations, and prepare engineering reports.
- Support installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of equipment or systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions under supervision.
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, manuals, and presentations.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, procurement, and maintenance.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret engineering data for process improvement.
- Follow workplace safety policies and environmental regulations.
- Continuously develop technical and qualified skills through training and mentorship.
