Role & responsibilities

- Collection Management
- Oversee the timely payment tracking of credit bills for major government panel accounts, including CAPF, CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, and other state/central government panels.
- Monitor outstanding age-wise receivables (AR) and implement aggressive follow-up strategies to ensure a healthy cash flow.
- Ensure all documentation complies strictly with individual panel guidelines to prevent claim rejections.
- Relationship & Liaison Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for top-level managers, directors, and key decision-makers within the respective government departments and empanelled corporations.
- Build and maintain solid institutional relationships to expedite bill clearances and resolve disputes.
- Deduction Analysis & Payment Settlement
- Perform deep-dive deduction analysis on short-payments or disallowed claims by panels.
- Identify root causes for deductions (e.g., non-compliance, missing pre-authorization, data mismatches) and execute corrective measures.




- Lead the reconciliation and final settlement process for all panel credit accounts, ensuring minimal write-offs.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Keep track of updated rate lists, circulars, and policies issued by CGHS, ECHS, and other panels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on collection efficiency, outstanding dues, and deduction metrics for internal executive review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Commerce, Finance, or MBA.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of core experience handling government panel billing and collections in a mid-to-large-scale corporate hospital.

- Technical Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, and CAPF rules, packages, pre-auth processes, and web portals.
