Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in excavator repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance is mandatory.
- Experience in major engine overhaul and engine repair.
- Knowledge of engine and fuel systems.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders, hoses, and hydraulic lines.
- Experience in transmission, torque converters, final drives, and undercarriage repairs.
- Knowledge of electrical and starting systems.
- Experience in cooling, braking, and steering systems.
- Ability to repair and maintain excavator attachments.
- Skilled in routine servicing, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Heavy equipment mechanical experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
- Repair and service excavators and heavy equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and major repair work.
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Perform other maintenance duties assigned by the company.
