About the Role

Globussoft Technology is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Interns to support our business development and sales initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to build their skills in sales, lead generation, client communication, and relationship management in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate potential leads for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Support sales outreach through calls, emails, and social media.
- Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with client information and sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.
- Learn and contribute to sales planning and execution strategies.

Who Can Apply:

- Freshers and candidates with 01 year of experience.




- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
