Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Semarchy MDM Developer with 7+ years of experience in enterprise MDM, including strong hands-on expertise in Semarchy xDM, xDI, Snowflake, SQL, data quality, and master data governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure Semarchy xDM data models, entity views, match/merge, survivorship, validation workflows, and hierarchies.
- Build Semarchy xDI integration pipelines for data cleansing, transformation, and synchronization.
- Integrate Semarchy MDM with Snowflake and enterprise source/target systems.
- Configure Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App, including roles and warehouse setup.
- Develop and optimize Snowflake SQL, tables, views, stored procedures, streams, and tasks.
- Implement golden records, deduplication, data quality rules, and stewardship workflows.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, performance tuning, releases, and go-live activities.
- Create data models, mapping specifications, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with data governance, business, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.

Required Skills Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management / Data Engineering .
- Strong hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM and xDI .




- Expertise in MDM data modeling, Match Merge, Survivorship, Golden Records, and Data Quality .
- Strong experience with Snowflake and advanced SQL .
- Experience with Snowflake warehouse/role management and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data stewardship.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple source systems.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage technical deliverables in a contract environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience deploying Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App .
- Knowledge of Snowflake Streams, Tasks, and Stored Procedures.
- Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting production MDM implementations and go-live cutovers.
