Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient processing of transactions and maintenance of accurate records.
- Oversee back office functions, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure seamless integration with other departments.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in banking operations or related field.
- Robust knowledge of banking processes, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Proficiency in back office operations, branch operations, or similar roles.
