About the Role We are looking for an energetic and driven MBA graduate to join our team as a Management Trainee. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, assist in project execution, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to marketing initiatives while
gaining hands-on exposure to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of sales & marketing projects
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and follow-ups
• Support day-to-day sales activities and help achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required by management
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) for smooth project
execution
• Travel locally for client meetings, vendor visits, and site coordination as needed
