Job Title: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Ground Field Role

About the Role: We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the market and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and business development within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and premium channel partners.
- Generate project specifications and convert business opportunities into successful orders.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors to expand market coverage.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and key accounts to maximize business potential.
- Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, product presentations, and architect engagement activities.
- Identify current business opportunities through project tracking and market intelligence.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, MIS, and business updates for management.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in sales of premium building materials such as tiles, quartz, marble, sanitaryware, laminates, plywood, paints, or allied interior products.
- Proven experience in project sales and channel sales.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a competitive market.
