Job Title: Customer Support Associate International Process (Voice)

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team for an International Process (Voice). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats for international customers.




- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality parameters, and performance targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support departments to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent speaking, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to work in rotational schedules.

Eligibility Criteria: Any UG/Graduate Can apply

Experience:

- 0.6 to 3 years in international customer support(freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
