Salary & Benefits

- Basic Salary: SGD 1,400 per month
- Accommodation Allowance: SGD 200 per month
- Transportation Allowance: SGD 80 per month
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x rate
- Rest Days: 8 days per month
- Performance Bonus: After probation, subject to company performance

Working Hours

- Working Hours: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 45 minutes daily
- Rest Days: 8 days per month

- Company operates multiple CNC turning machines.
- Manufacturing precision components for the Aerospace, Semiconductor, and Precision Engineering industries.
- Work involves machining aluminium alloys and other precision materials.
- Employees are required to maintain high standards of machining accuracy and quality.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC turning / lathe machines independently.
- Set up CNC turning machines according to production requirements.
- Create, edit, and modify CNC programs as required.
- Perform CNC turning operations for precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and part drawings.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.




- Measure finished components using vernier calipers and precision measuring instruments.
- Check dimensions and ensure components meet required specifications.
- Perform machine setup, tool changes, and necessary adjustments.
- Identify and troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Maintain production quality, accuracy, and productivity.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company operating standards.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

- Relevant experience in CNC Turning / Lathe operations is mandatory.
- Ability to independently operate CNC turning machines.
- CNC programming experience is mandatory.
- Ability to create, edit, and modify CNC programs.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and part drawings.
- Good knowledge of machining processes, materials, and machining specifications.
- Experience working with aluminium alloys and precision components is preferred.
- Skilled in using vernier calipers and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to select and use appropriate cutting tools.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be technically competent and capable of working independently.





The following additional allowances may be available based on programming proficiency and company assessment:
- FANUC Manual Programming: Additional SGD 200
- Mastercam 2D Programming: Additional SGD 200

Allowances are subject to the candidate's actual programming ability and the company's assessment.
