Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to conduct surveys, determine Highrise Building , and create accurate maps and documentation. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience with surveying equipment and software.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment.
- Measure land boundaries, elevations, and topographic features.
- Prepare maps, sketches, and detailed survey reports.
- Analyze survey data and verify the accuracy of property boundaries.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project planning.
- Maintain and update surveying records and legal documentation.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with local laws and regulations.
- Operate CAD, GIS, and surveying software for mapping and analysis.
- Inspect construction sites to verify proper implementation of survey data.
- Provide guidance to survey technicians and field assistants.

Requirements & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or Survey Technician.
- Proficiency in surveying equipment (GPS, total station, levels).




- Strong knowledge of CAD/GIS software and mapping tools.
- Understanding of property laws, land regulations, and boundary principles.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and field documentation abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Preferred candidate profile
- Technical Surveying Knowledge candidates on foundational concepts like boundary surveying, topographic mapping, and legal land descriptions.
- Surveying Instruments & Technology – Evaluate their hands-on skills using tools such as GPS/GNSS equipment, total stations, levels, and laser scanners.
- Mapping & CAD Skills – Assess their ability to create accurate maps and drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS software.
- Data Interpretation & Reporting – Check their capability to analyze survey data, interpret measurements, and produce precise documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance & Safety – Ensure they understand local zoning laws, land-use regulations, and field safety protocols.
