Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience through digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to electric vehicle sales and service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in automobile sales and servicing.
- Provide technical support to customers on EV products, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in after-sales service or a related field (automobile industry preferred).
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification; MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage.
- Robust understanding of CRM systems, data analysis tools, and digital platforms for managing customer interactions.
