Candidate Profile: Candidates with relevant hands-on chemical process, fertilizer, agrochemical, or manufacturing experience only.

Salary & Benefits

- Basic Salary: SGD 1,400 per month
- Housing Allowance: SGD 500 per month
- Transport Allowance: SGD 100 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: SGD 18 per night, when applicable
- Average Gross Monthly Salary: SGD 2,500 SGD 2,800
- Overtime: Required when necessary based on company operations

Working Hours

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Shift Duty: May be required depending on production operations
- Overtime: Candidates must be willing to work overtime when required

Job Responsibilities

- Operate chemical and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Carry out production processes according to approved operating procedures.
- Perform chemical, fertilizer, agrochemical, or process/formulation mixing operations.
- Handle raw materials and production materials according to company procedures.
- Inspect raw materials before production and finished products after production.
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance.
- Operate, inspect, and perform basic maintenance of production equipment.
- Identify and report equipment abnormalities, process issues, or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production work area.
- Strictly follow company safety rules, operating procedures, and workplace requirements.
- Work closely with production, quality control, maintenance, and other departments.
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the company.




- Follow shift schedules and work overtime when required by production operations.

Job Requirements

- Relevant hands-on experience in chemical, fertilizer, agrochemical, or process/formulation manufacturing is mandatory.
- Experience in chemical or process manufacturing plants is preferred.
- Singapore or India work experience is accepted.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to perform production operations independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in inspecting raw materials and finished products.
- Practical knowledge of production equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Understanding of production processes, mixing operations, and workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with operating procedures.
- Ability to work closely with production and other departments.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
- Physically fit and able to perform production-related duties.
- Willing to undertake other duties assigned by the company.

Candidate Selection Criteria Priority will be given to candidates with

:

- Strong hands-on chemical manufacturing experience.
- Fertilizer or agrochemical manufacturing experience.
- Process or formulation mixing experience.
- Production equipment operation experience.
- Good understanding of chemical plant safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive English communication skills.
