- Pipeline Management: Manage leads efficiently and execute site visit plans to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
- Deal Closure: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, handling critical client interactions and closing high-value property deals.

1. Client Relationship & Advisory

- Consultative Selling: Deeply understand client needs, financial goals, and investment criteria to recommend the most suitable properties.
- Investor Relations: Build and maintain long-term, solid relationships with retail clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional investors.
- Retention & Referrals: Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to post-purchase,



driving high customer satisfaction and referral business.

1. Market Intelligence & Operations

- Property Presentations: Conduct professional property presentations, coordinate site visits, and lead client meetings.
- Market Monitoring: Keep a pulse on real estate market trends, property pricing strategies, and competitor movements to pitch effectively.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing (for lead quality), legal (for documentation), and finance teams (for bookings/loans) to ensure seamless transaction operations.
