In the Associate Area Business Manager / Area Business Manager role, you will be:

- Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of Part Time Employees (PTE) who will be called as Financial Consultants (FC)

- Training, engaging and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them

- Ensuring quality of business and persistency

- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions

- Providing pre and post sales service support

- Making the FCs & Advisors fulfill their financial goals

- Ensuring FCs & Advisors use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate

- Experience: Sales experience of 2+ years

- Age: Between 25 to 45 years

- One with pleasant personality, good communication skill and a gogetter attitude

- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets by mentoring Financial Consultants who are from varied age group and experience

- One who loves meeting diversified people who are keen to earn surplus income through entrepreneurial and welfare mindset
