Job Summary A reputed restaurant in the Maldives is hiring experienced and customer-focused Waiters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and relevant experience in hotel or restaurant service.

Salary & Benefits

- During Probation: USD 325 per month
- After Probation: USD 350 per month
- Service Charge: USD 50100 per month (additional)
- Salary will be paid in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR)
- Food provided by the company
- Accommodation provided by the company

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle customer requests and queries professionally.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area.
- Follow restaurant policies, service procedures, and safety standards.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Waiter in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polite, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant setting.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple customer requests.
