✅ Has a sharp eye for typography, colour, and motion

✅ Can edit a 60-second news Short that actually stops the scroll

✅ Understands what works on YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn

✅ Is self-driven and doesn't need to be told what looks good

✅ Can commit 2–3 hours daily — your schedule, your pace

Bonus if you

⭐ Know Canva for thumbnails and graphics

⭐ Have experimented with AI video tools





⭐ Have your own YouTube or Instagram creative work to show
