Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience & expertise

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end visa processing for Tourist & Business visas.

Handle visas for E-Visa, Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and other destinations.

Verify documents, prepare applications and coordinate submissions, appointments and biometrics.

Manage complete client communication and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Handle visa enquiries and convert them into confirmed business.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely application status updates.

Daily reporting and CRM updates are mandatory.





Stay updated with changes in visa rules, documentation and processing procedures.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience in visa processing.

Solid practical knowledge of visa processing.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong client-handling, sales and conversion skills.

Good documentation, follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE visas will be preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
