Nexus Visa International is looking for a Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of visa processes, and the ability to effectively counsel and assist clients.

Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding suitable visa and immigration options.
- Handle inquiries related to Student, Visitor, Work and other visa categories.
- Understand client profiles and provide appropriate visa guidance.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements and timelines to clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the documentation and visa processing team.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending documents.
- Achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in visa consultancy, immigration,



overseas education or a related field.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of visa documentation and procedures.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
