ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Global Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for international customers.

You will interact with customers through Voice and Chat, understand their concerns, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

If you are someone who is customer-focused, confident, patient, and comfortable communicating in English, this role can be an excellent opportunity to start or accelerate your career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries through International Voice & Chat channels

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions

Communicate professionally and confidently with international customers

Maintain a positive,



friendly, and customer-focused approach

Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards

Document customer interactions accurately

Coordinate with internal teams whenever required

Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

Achieve assigned performance, productivity, quality, and customer-service targets

Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience
