To cater the growing requirements of our Renewable Energy - Solar Business Unit, we are hiring for the below professionals to be posted in various district of Maharashtra & Karnataka.

Maharashtra- Chatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jalna, Jalgaon, Nanded

Karnataka- Tumkur, Bangalore Rural, Chikkaballapur, Chitradurga

Key Responsibilities

Security & Asset Protection

- Deploy and monitor security manpower at all sites
- Conduct surprise inspections and night checks
- Ensure zero theft / pilferage / damage of modules, cables, and critical materials
- Ensuring Fire Protection, incident reporting and root cause analysis and suggesting preventive measures / corrective action and SOP in case of fire and other emergency related hazards.

Surveillance & Intelligence

- Build local intelligence network (villages, labour, transporters)
- Identify potential threats, theft patterns, and local risks
- Coordinate with local police and administration

Vigilance & Compliance

- Investigate incidents, frauds, or irregularities




- Ensure strict adherence to company protocols and SOPs
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly vigilance reports & incident alerts

Field Monitoring:

- Cover all substations / sites in the district regularly
- Ensure discipline among site engineers, security, contract workmen, housekeeping staff and vendors
- Track movement of high-value materials

Crisis Management:

- Lead response during theft attempts, fire, law & order issues
- Ensure quick recovery actions and escalation

Eligibility Criteria:

- Ex-Police Personnel: Proven record in field operations, law & order, or intelligence (Sub Inspector and above)
- Experience in handling men, material, and multi-location operations
- Exposure to infrastructure / construction (preferred)

Preferred Traits:

- Strong discipline and command presence
- Ability to handle local sensitivities firmly but diplomatically
- High integrity and zero tolerance to misconduct
- Physically active, must possess good general health and field-oriented, high degree of personal integrity and valuable moral values and ethical standards.
