Videographer (Reels & YouTube Content)

Are you a creative videographer who knows how to turn scripts, ideas, and moments into engaging, cinematic, and high-retention video content?

We're looking for a Videographer to create professional content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, cinematic shots, and audience engagement.

Location: Iyyappanthangal, Chennai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What you'll do:

- Shoot engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos.
- Understand scripts and plan camera angles, movements, B-roll, and shot compositions.
- Handle DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, and camera rigs.
- Plan and execute cinematic shots including wide, medium, close-up, tracking, push-in, pan, tilt, and handheld shots.
- Set up professional lighting and audio for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Shoot talking-head, educational, promotional, interview, podcast, storytelling, and cinematic content.
- Capture high-quality B-roll and establishing shots.
- Perform basic video editing, including cutting, trimming, captions, B-roll, music, and basic color correction.
- Stay updated with Reels, Shorts, YouTube trends, transitions, and visual styles.
- Coordinate with content writers, presenters, editors, designers, and social media teams.
- Ensure footage meets quality standards for focus, exposure, framing, lighting, and audio.

What we're looking for:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Videography, Cinematography,



Video Creation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Good understanding of cinematography, composition, camera movements, and B-roll.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Strong creative eye with attention to visual details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have your own camera/equipment suitable for professional video production.
- Portfolio/Showreel is required or strongly preferred.
