Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Siliguri.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and customer stories, and ensuring high-quality visual output aligned with TripFactory’s brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing and product teams to understand creative briefs, applying color grading, adding motion graphics,



and creating visually engaging travel content. The role involves managing multiple projects, optimizing videos for different platforms, and maintaining consistency in style and messaging.

The Video

Editor will also contribute ideas for new formats and storytelling approaches to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating compelling travel-focused content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and create engaging visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Siliguri, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in travel, lifestyle, or digital content domains is beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree in media, film, or design is an advantage.
