WE’RE HIRING | VIDEOGRAPHER & VIDEO EDITOR

We’re looking for a Videographer & Video Editor to create high-quality video content across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

The work will span:

1. Aadi Sustainability Solutions
- Circular textile & denim manufacturing

- Global Alliance for Textiles Sustainability Council (GATS)

- Textile sustainability, circularity, policy, MSME development & industry partnerships

- Parvinder Kadyan

- Entrepreneurship, manufacturing, sustainability, India’s development, youth leadership & People, Planet & Progress

The role You’ll work across shooting, editing and content development, creating:

- Reels & Shorts
- Interviews & conversations
- Factory & manufacturing stories
- Explainers
- Events & industry visits
- Documentary-style content
- Longer-form YouTube videos

The role will involve travel to Panipat as required for shoots, factory visits, events and projects. Editing can generally be done remotely.

What we’re looking for

- 1+ years of relevant videography & editing experience
- Strong camera, lighting, framing, composition and sound skills
- Ability to independently plan and shoot qualified-quality footage
- Strong editing, storytelling and visual communication skills




- Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
- After Effects / motion graphics experience is an advantage
- Understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, aspect ratios and platform formats
- Interest in textiles, manufacturing, sustainability, circular economy or climate
- Ability to turn complex subjects into clear, engaging visual stories

We’re looking for more than an editor We want someone who can think about the story before pressing record.

Someone who can understand the objective of a video, suggest how it should be shot, spot strong visuals on location, and adapt content for different platforms.

Creative ideas are not just welcome, they’re expected.
