The Creatives Bench is a boutique creative recruitment agency based in Hyderabad. We are currently hiring on behalf of a Hyderabad-based agency looking for a talented Video Editor to join their team. All applications and initial hiring stages will be managed directly by The Creatives Bench.

Company Description A young, ambitious agency building its name through real estate and lifestyle brands. This is a small in-house team of 8-10, led by two young founders who are building something from the ground up.

The clients are grounded in real estate and lifestyle, work that's tangible and close to the ground rather than trend-chasing. You'll report directly to the founders, which means fast feedback, real visibility and a genuine say in how things get done. There's no red tape here.

Just a team that works closely together and a brand manager role with real room to grow into.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

- Edit video content across brand and social, moving between real estate, jewellery, F&B;, and lifestyle without losing the thread of what makes each one different.
- Ideate and pitch concepts before a single clip gets cut, because the best edits start with a point of view, not a pile of footage.
- Know when a cut needs to be subtle and when it needs to be bold, and make that call based on the brand in front of you, not a personal default.
- Choose animations, transitions, and pacing that actually serve the story,



instead of reaching for whatever looks impressive in isolation.
- Keep one eye on where social trends and branding are heading, and the other on what's timeless enough to still work in six months.
- Take feedback from senior editors and founders and turn it into a sharper cut, not just a different one.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Strong foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to assemble, cut, and refine footage into cohesive stories.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of video content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to support narrative, branding, and platform-specific requirements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar software).
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative, in office team environment.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or a degree in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
