As we continue to strengthen our brand and marketing presence, we are looking for an experienced, highly creative Senior Video Editor & Video Producer who can take full ownership of video content, from ideation, scripting, and shoot planning to direction, editing, and final production.

Role Overview

- We are looking for a full-scale Video Editor & Video Producer with 5+ years of professional experience in creating high-quality marketing, corporate, social media, promotional, and brand video content.
- This is not an editing-only position.
- The ideal candidate can manage the full video production lifecycle, developing concepts, planning shoots, directing talent on camera, recording content, editing footage, creating motion graphics, handling audio and color correction, and delivering polished videos ready for publication.
- The candidate should have advanced hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and a strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, video production, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete end-to-end video production process, from concept development to final delivery.
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, product videos, social media content, corporate videos, interviews, testimonials, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert campaign objectives into engaging video concepts.
- Plan and coordinate video shoots, including locations, equipment, lighting, framing, talent, and production requirements.
- Direct video shoots and guide employees, executives, customers, actors, and other on-camera participants.
- Record and produce professional-quality video content for marketing and branding purposes.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Handle advanced editing, transitions, pacing, storytelling, multi-camera footage, audio synchronization, and visual enhancement.
- Perform professional color correction and color grading.
- Edit, clean, mix, and synchronize audio, voiceovers,



music, and sound effects.
- Create motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, animations, subtitles, and other visual elements.
- Use Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications as needed.
- Create short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, websites, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
- Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product explainers, corporate films, interviews, testimonials, and thought-leadership content.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form marketing assets.
- Ensure videos follow company branding, messaging, visual identity, and quality standards.
- Manage video files, raw footage, project files, templates, graphics, music, and other digital assets.
- Stay up to date on video production, editing, social media, and digital content trends.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of professional video editing and video production experience.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro – Mandatory.
- Strong experience with Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of video production and direction.
- Hands-on experience conducting and directing professional video shoots.
- Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Excellent knowledge of video editing, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual communication.
- Strong experience with color correction and color grading.
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
- Solid audio editing and sound-design skills.
- Experience creating videos specifically for marketing and social media campaigns.
- Understanding of platform-specific content requirements for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.




- Ability to independently manage projects from idea → pre-production → shoot → direction → editing → final delivery.

Experience creating videos that simplify complex SAP, technology, visa, or immigration topics into clear and engaging marketing content will be a significant advantage.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience in video editing, production, or a related creative role.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A strong professional portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate projects where they were personally responsible for video editing and preferably filming or directing.
