Role Description

The VP Business Development / Sales (Corporate Fitouts / Residential Interiors) is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving growth in corporate and commercial interior projects. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with corporate clients, developers, and consultants, and leading the end-to-end business development cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans for target markets, preparing proposals and presentations, leading contract negotiations, and coordinating with design and project teams to align solutions with client requirements.

The VP Business Development / Sales will monitor market trends, maintain key accounts, track sales performance, and represent X-axis Interiors at client meetings, industry events,



and networking forums to strengthen the brand's presence, Strong Network with HNI's, and PMC's (Project Management Companies).

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Sales within corporate fitouts, interiors, real estate, or related industries strong Business Planning capabilities, including market analysis, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with experience structuring commercial terms and closing complex, high-value deals.

Proven Account Management skills to nurture long-term client relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure repeat business extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in business development / sales leadership roles, preferably in interior design, construction, or architecture services bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility to travel to client locations and project sites as needed proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue in a competitive market.

High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Note: This position Is only for Experienced candidates with minimum 6 To 12 year of experience in Sales / Business Development. Candidates can apply only related experience in Corporate Interiors and Premium residential Sales.
