HAL Industries is looking for an experienced Site Incharge to supervise and manage project site activities, with preference given to candidates having experience in structural steel erection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations and erection activities.
- Manage structural steel erection work as per project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Track project progress and report site updates to management.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Candidate Profile:





- 5-10 years of relevant site management experience.
- Candidate should have site experience of Cement plant / Steel plant / Power plant.
- Candidates from Gurgaon location are given preference.
- Experience in structural steel erection will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of site operations and erection activities.
- Good manpower and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site execution.
- Willingness to be stationed at project sites.
