Qualification - Diploma/B. tech (Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering)
Experience - 5-8 years
Location - Neemrana, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of VMC, HMC & SPM Machines (Fanuc, HOWA, Brother)
Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
Maintain and troubleshoot motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, control panels, sensors, and industrial machinery.
Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, contactors, relays, control circuits, and other electrical systems.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.




Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, spare-parts requirements, and equipment history.
Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of machinery and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical safety procedures and applicable standards.
Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and critical equipment components.
Robust knowledge of industrial electrical systems and mechanical equipment.
Ability to read electrical & Mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams.
