About the Opportunity
Alliance Recruitment Agency is hiring experienced and dynamic Medical Representatives / Senior Medical
Representatives for a reputed pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have strong pharmaceutical sales
experience, excellent doctor communication skills, sound scientific/product knowledge, and the ability to manage and
grow a territory independently.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and key customers.
¢ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory growth.
¢ Conduct effective product detailing and communicate product advantages accurately.
¢ Manage territory visits, customer follow-ups,



and market development activities.
¢ Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
¢ Maintain timely reporting of sales activities and market feedback.
Preferred Candidate Profile
¢ Minimum 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
¢ Strong Gastroenterology-related pharmaceutical formulations/products experience preferred.
¢ Excellent doctor communication, detailing, and relationship-building skills.
¢ Good scientific and pharmaceutical product knowledge.
¢ Strong territory management, sales, and target-achievement skills.
¢ Confident, presentable, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Sc / B.Pharma / D.Pharma / B.A / B.Com / BBA / BCA or equivalent, with relevant pharmaceutical sales
experience.
