Role Description The Vice President of Investor Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s investor relations strategy, including maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective limited partners, co-investors, and other stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering investor presentations, quarterly and annual reports, and portfolio updates, as well as coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, and due diligence processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Investor Relations experience, including managing LP communications, investor reporting, and relationship-building with institutional investors.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and Finance expertise, with the ability to interpret fund and portfolio performance,



build financial models, and present complex data clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and represent the firm in public forums.
- Prior experience in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or investment banking; familiarity with digital/technology sectors in India and South-East Asia is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and comfort working in an in office, office-based setting in Mumbai.
