- 15-20 years of relevant experience in business development, property operations, and hospitality/property management.
- Managed end-to-end property operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Hands-on experience in hotel/hospitality and property management operations, managing multiple operational functions and stakeholders.
- Managed end-to-end P&L; responsibility, including revenue generation, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Solid experience in business development, new business acquisition, and managing corporate, institutional, strategic, and partnership accounts.
- Drove revenue growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships,



and improving commercial performance.
- Developed and executed sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, client acquisition, and conversion.
- Managed senior stakeholder relationships and worked closely with CXOs/CEO-level stakeholders on business, operational, and strategic initiatives.
- Handled cost optimization, annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and initiatives to improve operating margins and overall business efficiency.
- Leveraged technology, automation, PMS/ERP systems, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Managed teams and business operations across multiple locations/properties, ensuring performance, service quality, and achievement of business targets.
