- We are seeking a trainable candidate with good accounting and taxation knowledge with proficient communication to start a career with US taxation role.

nJob Description:

n

n
- Prepare and analyze U.S. individual income tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR, for CPA firm clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and applicable state tax regulations.
n
- Act as a preparer and quality-control extension of U.S.-based CPA firms, adhering to firm-specific review checklists, documentation standards, and engagement protocols.
n
- Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies in tax returns and supporting workpapers in coordination with U.S. CPA firm reviewers and managers.
n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. individual tax return preparation, with a primary focus on Form 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR.
n
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g.,



Pro-connect, ProSystem, Lacerte, UltraTax, Intuit software(s), CCH, Drake) and other relevant tools.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with U.S.-based CPA partners, managers, and reviewers.
n
- Ability to manage strict deadlines, and perform under peak-season pressure.
n

nQualification:

- M.B.A in Accounting and Finance, Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
n

nLanguage Proficiency (If Any):

- Robust proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
n

nRequired Certifications (If Any):

- Enrolled Agent (added advantage)

- C.P.A (added advantage)
n

nComputer Proficiency G specifications:

- Sound knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Exceland Outlook
