US Telesales - Technical/Printer Support Executive
? Location: Saket, New Delhi
? Shift: US Shift | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to US customers for printer and desktop-related issues .
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and basic system issues over calls.
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Promote and sell relevant subscription/service plans during support interactions.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in Technical/IT Support or International Voice Process preferred.
- Positive troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of desktops, printers, Windows, and networking.
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
