Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage and support the end-to-end foreclosure process for US mortgage loans.

The candidate will be responsible for handling foreclosure activities from referral through foreclosure sale, redemption, post-sale activities, and foreclosure completion, while ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete foreclosure lifecycle from loan referral through foreclosure sale and post-sale activities.
- Review account eligibility and initiate foreclosure referrals based on investor and client guidelines.




- Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, trustees, title vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Review and validate foreclosure documents, affidavits, notices, and legal pleadings.
- Track foreclosure milestones, statutory deadlines, and critical timelines.
- Ensure adherence to applicable CFPB, FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, and investor foreclosure guidelines.
- Identify and escalate compliance risks, legal issues, and process exceptions.
- Maintain accurate servicing system updates and audit-ready documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state-specific foreclosure laws and timelines.

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of the US mortgage foreclosure lifecycle.
- Knowledge of foreclosure timelines, legal processes, and servicing activities.
- Understanding of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes is preferred.
