We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical positions. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Strong experience in US staffing, sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions.
- Understand US IT requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill sets.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to close positions within timelines.
- Good understanding of US work authorization, time zones, and recruitment processes.
Required Skills:
- 1.5+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Valuable knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in US/night shifts
- Target-oriented and good negotiation skills
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred
