Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST

Key responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment.
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and internal databases.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, compensation and availability.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess communication skills.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Work according to US time zones and recruitment processes.
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets.
