Job Summary

AKAASA Infotech is looking for a US IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in US staffing to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and follow-ups.
- Work with Prime Vendors and Tier-1 Vendors.




- Negotiate rates and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Good knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring.
- Exposure to Prime Vendors/Tier-1 Vendors preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing workplace.
