Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit healthcare professionals through job portals, databases, and social media platforms
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients




- Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with candidates
- Stay updated with US healthcare recruitment trends and compliance

Requirements:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of healthcare roles and recruitment process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
