About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter / Lead Recruiter with 8+ years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end US recruitment, candidate sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-Ray searches, ATS platforms, visa/work authorization screening, and US staffing models.

The candidate will also be responsible for leading and mentoring recruiters, managing recruitment performance, building talent pipelines, and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Lead, mentor, and support recruiters to achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
- Manage daily recruitment activities and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter extensively for candidate sourcing, Boolean searches, networking, and job postings.
- Perform advanced Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other alternative sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Work extensively with CEIPAL, JobDiva, and other ATS platforms.
- Conduct detailed resume screening based on technical skills, experience, job requirements, and client expectations.
- Perform visa status and work authorization screening for US candidates.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of US staffing models and tax terms, including C2C,



W2, and 1099.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews, and candidate availability.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate status, submissions, interviews, and placements in the ATS.
- Conduct regular recruitment/team meetings and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Track recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, offers, and placements, to achieve team goals.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure recruiters follow company recruitment processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean Search and X-Ray Search.
- Hands-on experience with CEIPAL, JobDiva, or similar ATS platforms.
- Robust understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent knowledge of visa/work authorization screening.
- Robust understanding of C2C,



W2, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience handling technical requirements across various IT skill sets.
- Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and recruiter performance management.
- Strong candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development skills.
- Excellent resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and email communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.

- Experience working with US staffing companies or IT consulting organizations.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment.
